My experience in hospitality comes mainly from my studies in Tourism Management at CMC Casablanca, where I was also proud to represent my school as an Ambassador. During my academic journey, I collaborated with travel agencies and hotels, and I contributed to organizing different events, which helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills. For example, I was responsible and well-organized in managing events and supporting coordination between teams. I also worked on client advising, booking services, and using professional reservation systems such as Amadeus, Top Travel, and TripAdvisor. These experiences allowed me to build a solid foundation in hospitality, customer service, and event management.
