- Control of the work with regard to material outputs and the realization of attachments. - Inventory management and material supply - Lead analysis of costs and budgets, including periodic cost updates. - Hire and manage project controllers. - Write progress and summary reports to document decisions, factors, compliance, and outcomes. - Review cost estimates with other departments to confirm feasibility and validate timelines. - Oversee project planning, set staff schedules, and operate policies - Manage the company's qse service - The realization of the manufacturer's file end-of-project. - Monitor project progress to identify and correct delays or deviations. - Determine key performance indicators to improve project operational efficiency. - Managing projects in terms of QSE and respecting specifications required by the client; - Ensuring the quality management system; - Ensuring product conformity according to customer requirements and project quality objectives; - Prevent industrial risks, enforce hygiene and working conditions; - Participate in the development of the HSE plan and ensure its implementation; - Operating procedures and risk analysis; - Supervising control activities (intermediate controls and final control) of work. - Conducting QSE audits related to regulations and certifications. - Managing customer non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
