Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on specified international job requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experiences.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide a shortlist of outstanding candidates according to international standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in an international recruitment agency.
Strong communication skills in the required languages (such as English and other languages as needed).
Knowledge of assessment and candidate selection methods, especially in an international context.
