Freelance Event Manager/ Coordinator

As a result-oriented and highly organised individual, I firmly believe that I can provide the company with outstanding event management services.
I’m currently a Freelance event manager since September 2021 and operate in Taghazout for private events.
My first role as a Freelancer in the event industry was for the COP22 in 2016 and set the tone for my career, that my previous experience as an event manager at Delight Event Management came to enrich and polish.
My 5 year experience in the event industry expanded my scope of skills, I’m assigned responsibilities such as submitting RFP’s and associated quotes to local and international clients, negotiating contracts with venues, vendors and clients, coordinating travel and ground transportation for the guests, managing room block and liaising with the venue, submitting BEO’s and coordinating with the catering team, developing and implementing production logistics retro planning, supervising on-site deliveries, event set up and dismantling, reconciling bills at the end of the event and submitting reports.
My experience as an event manager, established relationships with vendors will prove me to be an excellent fit for this position. I also thrive on constant challenges, rapid growth and being part of an ambitious team. As someone who can learn quickly and improve the process, I strive to be a vital component of every team I join!
