Being a consultant, is about learning how to take care of enterprises as if they were toddlers, all companies, no matter how big they are or how famous they are, there
is only one characteristic that combine them: is being fragile.
My job as a consultant is to take care of the good health of companies, making sure they adopt the good measures, and insuring their survival and Sustainability.
To do so, I consider myself capable of interfering in a couple of fields, such as:
Marketing, communications, and advertising,
Finance accounting and budget control
HR Management and Project Management.
Now, we all agree that junior profiles have a lack of experience, but only by watering roses, we can get honey ;) .
