I describe myself as having some tendency to think ahead and plan things out. I will usually spend some time evaluating and planning a project before starting it. In doing this, I may sometimes anticipate possible issues or problems before they occur.
I see myself as having a high attention to detail. I place an emphasis on double-checking and ensuring the details are correct. It is likely that i pride myself on the quality of my work.
i have a strong preference for being provided with guidelines and frameworks for the work that i do. It is likely that others can rely on me to follow the established procedures and processes.
My responses suggest that while i sometimes consider theoretical concepts and may be involved with others in generating ideas, i also focus on the practical issues at work. It is likely that i may spend time discussing theoretical issues where i can see this has some relevance to my day-to-day projects or responsibilities.
I am probably someone who would describe himself as both enjoying the company of others and also spending time on my own. At work, i will be comfortable working as part of a team or on tasks that require me to work alone, and i like to have a balance between the two.
When taking decisions, i adopt a balance between making the decision quickly and exploring the consequences and possibilities. While, at times, i am prepared to take relatively quick decisions where necessary, i will tend to consider important decisions in more depth where time allows.
