Hi, welcome to my Freelancer profile , my name is Moukasse and I'm native Arabic speaker , I offer customer service in english and Arabic also, I studied english at the the American Language Center in Marrakech for five years, I have 3+ years experience in the call center industry working for some of the biggest companies like PBC , John Paul (see portfolio).
The first job I worked as TeleSales agent , The experience that I had have allowed me to acquire multiple skills like : closing sales , doing Email Marketing , Lead generation , appointment setting , so pretty much everything related to convincing someone over the phone .
The second job I worked as customer service representative for hotels booking site,
I was responsible for handling calls and treating email complaints from clients who have booked on our site.
