I was in charge of improving the social management of a company

Good recruitment can only be successful by ensuring a reliable long-term recruitment plan.
I was in charge of recruiting for a company that was poorly integrated in the market, with a bad brand image, after all, I decided to take the challenge.

- Solution:
In order to ensure reliable long-term recruitment, it was necessary to clarify a measurable goal to be achieved through strategies.
The first strategy was to establish a good pay plan, favorable working conditions and KPI's to measure social profitability. In order to target the right profiles, it was essential to improve the brand image in social networks, which allowed me to establish an effective sourcing plan.
I succeeded in my challenge within two weeks, I was able to ensure the sustainability of the company and its continuity in the medium / long term.
