hi all ,

we are working in new project based at android aplication and server " dashboard " who manage the app .

to know in the server side we can get all information about users : status "online ,offline" , user contry , operator network .... at now we find many problem from the server side come be very slow even if we are woking with just 100 users active.

the server msut be able to menage more than 100k users without problem. so we would like to find good devlopper mastery at xmpp to optimize that requestion make it from server side .

skills : android, xmpp. realtime sync , php , server manager .
