senior pattern maker Lectra V8

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pattern Maker :

Develop and optimize patterns using Lectra V8 expert .
Analyse fitting results and adjust patterns.
Supervise, support, and train the pattern-making team.
Ensure accuracy from prototype to pre-production and Production.
Optimize patterns for efficiency, fabric consumption, and sewing feasibility.
Collaborate with cutting, sewing, quality, and production teams.
Participate in quality checking for critical Product.
Follow and update technical files and workflows until industrialization.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial pattern making.
Strong command of Lectra System V8 Expert.
Solid knowledge of grading.
Experience with 3D software (CLO, Lectra 3D)
