- Provide continuous Management Reports
- Monitor and check the progress of the project (quality / cost / deadline) and compliance with the specifications
- Communicate on the progress of the project
- Ensure project budget monitoring
- Monitor project risks
- Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement and transformation change
