Being able to have this experiences help me to develop different skills.
Concerning my experiences, I worked two years as an assistant portfolio manager, two years as a banking consultant and three years as an entrepreneur.
As an assistant portfolio manager, I contributed in different projects including coding new model and an automatic database, monitoring portfolios and following market news.
As a consultant, I managed different meetings working specifically on gathering and analyzing data in order to propose strategies.
Like a lot of people, with the pandemic I decided to go back to Morocco and experience a different professional life.
As an entrepreneur I had different role such as developing the online platform, managing teams, developing on-site selling and negotiating contracts with my supplier and collaborators.
As an organizer, I lead a dance festival project. From negotiating contracts with the hotel and service suppliers, managing the relationship with the clients and the artists, leading the organizer team and managing the finance, it was the most relevant professional experience for me. I developed more skills and learned to lead in a better way.
Of course there is always a better way to do things, that is why, after any project I like to do a report and discuss on what could be better.
Following this, my skills include the ability to work in different departments business, client relations, operations and IT.
