Technical Support Engineer

I’m a 27 year old ambitious and motivated IT technician who is currently residing in Morocco but also willing to
relocate abroad. I have so far worked for one of the biggest IT companies like Dell Technologies and
NTTDATA SERVICES as a Technical IT and Cloud Computing specialist by handling calls from customers who call
to have their software and hardware issues resolved. I’m also the holder of an internationally Recognized
Information Technology Certificate which is CompTIA A+. Ticketing, documenting, multitasking, solving software
problems of high complexity, and remotely disassembling laptop with customers, were all part of my daily
routines of my job which I enjoyed.
